H.O.P.E. is a leader in providing training, advice and assistance to anti-poaching operations Africa. We seek high performing, self-motivated individuals (including volunteers and interns) interested in growing our organization and increasing security for Africa’s wildlife and people. H.O.P.E. full-time positions and internships provide individuals with an opportunity to work with America’s leading experts in natural resource management and security to help end Africa’s elephant poaching crisis. Our team provides a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating meritocracy where initiative, critical thinking and innovation are valued and rewarded.
H.O.P.E. interns and volunteers work directly with the team’s senior leadership, engaging in substantive research capable of being applied in an operational context. Interns are also provided opportunities to interact and network with American and African decision-makers, provided career development resources and, in some cases, afforded opportunities to work overseas with foreign counterparts.
H.O.P.E. internships are awarded on a rolling basis and are available to advanced undergraduate students, graduate students and recent graduates with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Veterans are especially encouraged to apply.

Internships are available for undergraduates, graduate students and postgraduates. All internships are unpaid with flexible work locations and schedules.
